Our internal tool shop is equipped with high-end CNC-controlled turning and milling machines for the production of welding tools. Data exchange with our own development department takes place via CAD/CAM coupling.
The tools are subjected to thorough design, installation, function and performance qualification before their use in series production.
Required maintenance and repair work on the tools is also performed internally.
