Depending on the customer's requirements, our development department designs a variety of products, ranging from simple standard items to highly complex special solutions. From the very beginning, great attention is paid to an optimal product tailored to the later application as well as to the manufacturing, packaging and sterilisation steps required for it.
Development of new manufacturing technologies
Our production technologies are constantly monitored and corresponding optimisations are made or new technologies developed. This enables us to manufacture our products effectively and resource-efficiently.
Validations
Our manufacturing processes are subject to machine and product-specific validations. In consultation with our customers, we also carry out ageing studies, transport validations and validations of sterile barrier systems for special applications.
Preparation of required development documentation
Within the scope of product development and validation of products, we prepare comprehensive documentation records which include the individual development steps as well as specifications for material procurement, production and quality assurance.
