Printing

In our production, various printing processes are available for the printing of our products as well as the packaging and labels. These include hot stamping, thermal transfer printing, laser printing and flexographic printing.

The hot embossing printing process deserves special mention. It is used to print the permanent data (such as scale, company logo, CE marking, ingredients) on the surface of the film containers we produce.

Hot embossing requires a metallic tool, the embossing cliché, which reproduces the textual/graphical content of the later print. The ink components are located on an embossing foil. The printing is now realised by the embossing plate pressing the embossing foil onto the surface of the foil container for a certain time with the aid of heat and contact pressure. The colour pigments of the embossing foil are transferred to the foil container (to the foil of the bag) in the desired places.
